Computerized Police Clearance Certificate

National Police Bureau issues Computerized Police Clearance Certificates to the Pakistani nationals residing in Spain only, on the basis of character verification certificate received from the concerned District Police Officer.

Documents required for obtaining the Police Clearance Certificate for Spain: –

  • Original Police Clearance Certificate issued by the concerned District Police Office (DPO)
  • Attested photocopy of CNIC/NICOP
  • Attested photocopy of valid Pakistani Passport
  • Two passport size photographs
  • If applicant is already living in Spain he / she must provide copy of Spanish Residency Card / Padron Letter
  • For Students: A copy of admission letter / acceptance letter as proof
  • For employment: Attach a copy of employment / offer letter
  • For Spouse case: Copy of Spanish Residency Card / Padron letter of Spouse living in Spain along with a copy of Nikah Nama
  • In case parents of the applicant are living in Spain, provide copy of Spanish Residency Card issued to Father / Mother
  • A filled and signed NPB Performa (Download)
    Applicant can get the Performa from any Leopard Courier Services (LCS) office in his vicinity/town/city
  • Applicants can submit their cases in any branch office of Leopard Courier Services (LCS) situated in vicinity/town/city of applicant
  • Similarly, applicant can receive his/her certificate from courier office only. National Police Bureau, Islamabad does not entertain any application directly
  • Processing fee amounting to Rs.250/- only (Rs.100/- Government Charges + Rs.150/- courier charges)

        * Note: Do not handover your documents / certificates  to any irrelevant person / agent / any other courier service
